  8. This is an early release of Anagram Finder for Microsoft Windows, a 
  9. program which simplifies the formation of phrases from peoples' 
  10. names, or from other phrases. It requires human guidance to
  11. determine which of the many possible paths to follow.
  12.  
  13. It is intended purely as entertainment - some amusing or apt anagrams
  14. can often be formed from colleagues' or relatives' names, or the names
  15. of public figures. The name 'Ross Perot', to take a current example, can 
  16. be rearranged (unfairly) to 'Sore Sport' but longer names involving 
  17. more letters, and perhaps including a middle name, can produce many 
  18. different phrases.

  23. Installation
  24. ============
  25. When the ZIP file has been unzipped, there should be four files:
  26.  
  27.     ANAG.EXE        the main executable file, for Microsoft Windows
  28.     ANAG.HLP        the help file
  29.     ANAGWORD.TXT    an ASCII list of words
  30.     READANAG.ME     this file

  32. Pick a directory, copy all the files in, then in Program Manager (File New)
  33. create a Program Item which executes ANAG.EXE, and sets the directory
  34. you chose as the working directory. That's it!
